• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags attached.

• Please ensure that items are returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact info@ovrheelz.com within the 14-day window to request a return authorisation - include your full name and order number.

2. Pack the item securely and neatly in an appropriate mailing bag.

3. Use our return label to ship the package to the provided return address via a Royal Mail post office.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you are returning your order, the cost of the return shipment (amount dependant on country of origin) will be deducted from your refund to cover this.

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
